« Great spot for our family reunion of 25 adults and kids. Great common areas between kitchens, outdoor covered patio with new flat top grill, pool, turf field, tennis court, movie theater. Huge and comfortable bedrooms, kids all slept together in a few of the multi-bed rooms, and had 8 cots for the littlest kids to add in. « Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay! »

« Check in was so easy, Jason was an absolute dream. So so helpful and responsive! Waking up and seeing the ocean from the front door healed my soul. Loved the private parking behind the gate, and feeling like we had the whole place to ourself. Even picked a fresh grapefruit from the tree for breakfast! Would come back again and again! »
