'Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

'Het appartementje is wat verouderd, ligt op de 7de etage met lift. Prima om een paar dagen te verblijven alles op loopafstand. Het mooie oude centrum is dichtbij. Parkeegarage bij het appartement. En ! Het bakkerswinkeltje op de begane grond heeft heerlijke croissants.'

'Loved Annecy, the lake and surrounding area are stunning! The apartment is beautiful. We had a great time and had everything we needed. No problems finding the location as we were send full instructions and met on arrival to check in. An easy pleasant walk along the lake to get to the old town centre where there are lovely restaurants, shops and fantastic ice creams. We would absolutely stay here again. '
