« Love the character of the house. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. The only parking available is on the street and that was full the entire time. We had to park down the street and around the corner which was fine. The area of town is so unique. »

« The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »

« Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine. »

« Collin was a great host! The property was the perfect location right on the Beach but far enough away form the busy traffic on the main Hampton strip. Plenty of clean towels, beach chairs, toothbrushes and many other amenities. Communication was top notch I left my bathing suit by mistake and Collin went above and beyond to send it back in the mail for me. Look forward to booking another stay in the near future! »
