« Nous avons passé un excellent moment tant d’un point de vue de l’hébergement (très propre avec une déco vraiment sympa!) que de l’expérience humaine. La maison et le lieu ont beaucoup de charme, John a été très attentionné avec nous. Le petit plus : super petit dej au soleil sur la terrasse avec une musique d’ambiance très agréable! A réserver sans hésitation ! »

« Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records. »

« Valerie and Eric were great hosts, very warm, inviting and knowledgeable about the area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. Check in/check out was easy. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, but if your room doesn’t have one, a private bathroom is reserved for your use only that is steps away. And the breakfasts were great! »

« The Innkeepers were friendly and helpful in planning our activities and restaurant selections. The accommodations were comfortable and great bath facilities. We enjoyed conversations over breakfast. And breakfast itself was delicious! Fresh herbs and homemade creations really spoiled us! »

« 1735 is an excellent little get-a-way, I booked it for my girlfriend’s birthday as a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. It’s nestled in a quiet area that disconnects you from the world yet is less than 20 minutes from Albany. The design, upkeep, and architecture is quite remarkable.
