'The grounds were beautiful! We loved the waterfall and stream! There were wild blackberries along the trail to the waterfall. The owner was friendly and accommodated us when we had to extend our stay due to car trouble. There are several cool projects he's working on. We would definitely stay here again. '

'I was looking for a cozy getaway for my December birthday and this could not have been better. We were looking for a cozy, restful weekend away and it was perfect. 'Property was great..we had 3 truck and boats rigs. Plenty of room for all the fisherman that fish Shasta. Was up there for annual Bass fishing championship. The host was very easy to communicate with and texted right back with any answers to questions.'

'This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend...
