'Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated...

'Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. 'This apartment was easy to find, conveniently located, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay for some business that I had in town. The laundry room on the first floor was especially convenient. Check-in was great, and Gigi was an awesome hostess. I would definitely do it again.'

'There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. We figured out later that I was trying to use the wrong keypad. Other than that, this was a very nice stay for a great...

'The place was perfect for me as I was on a business trip. I had a place to work, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen equipped for my needs. The room was bright and clean.'

'This guesthouse was just great for us to be close to family who live nearby. It was clean and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchenette was set up so we could do some cooking. Nicole is a very nice host!'

'We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have been more helpful is more clarity on the location and check-in process. We had to dig through the fine print to find the location and called to discover it was a front desk checkin. Just suggest making that more prominent in the confirmation email. '

"Goed parkeren veel plaatsen. Goed Amerikaans ontbijt . Wel mocht er iets van bruin brood bij .Propere kamer . Jammer dat we aan de inkomdeur lagen van blok 3 ( room 129) dit gaf veel lawaai. Maar s’nachts geen probleem "

"Fantastische locatie ook in de zomer! Bestel geen taxi via het hotel, we kwamen terecht in onze gevaarlijkste rit ooit. En graag duidelijkheid bij check in over housekeeping hoe en of wat. Wij werken het hele jaar en vinden het fijn dat dingen geregeld zijn of worden"

"Unfortunately, the pool area was very disappointing. More than half of the sun loungers were completely broken: either the seat or the backrest was damaged and unusable. The covers of the parasols were scattered around the pool area and simply thrown onto the broken loungers, which made the space look very neglected. Only one lounger had a cushion available, which is far from sufficient for guests who want to relax by the pool. I strongly recommend that the hotel invest in new, sturdy sun loungers and remove all the broken ones, it’s really not a pleasant sight. It would also be great if guests could receive a proper-sized pool towel instead of the very small towels currently provided, which are far too small to lie on comfortably. This would really improve the pool experience for future guests."
