This 160 m² house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four extra toilets, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. Please note, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Enjoy the private south-facing balcony with mountain views, or relax in the shared indoor heated pool (open from 9 am to 8 pm), which is shared with the second apartment. A tennis court is just a ten-minute walk away. Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also nearby. You’ll find a ski room with boot dryers and a bike garage for your convenience.



Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. An electric vehicle charging station is accessible for an extra fee. Please note that slippers are required indoors.
