'Prachtig resort. Ligging was uitstekend, 5 min lopen naar centrum. Ook was er een shuttlebus. Kamer was fantastisch! Helaas bleven wij maar 1 nacht. Kleine tip/ opmerking: Ontbijt was prima maar uitstraling van ontbijtzaal past niet bij resort!! '

'The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.'

'The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back.'

'No AC. That’s not generally bad in CO. Got a bottom floor and the screen didn’t work. So, slept in the heat with bugs. I’d say it wasn’t that great.'

'Exterior appearance of the property was very good. Landscaping appeared to be important. There was a sharp contrast between the stunning aesthetic and the stifling climate. Our room did not have air conditioning despite that being listed as one of the amenities. The maintenance staff brought up a portable air conditioner, which slowly cooled the room to about 73 but was noisy and had to be vented through an open door. Eventually, the staff admitted that they couldn’t fix the air conditioning...

'I loved staying here - such a pleasant surprise. Rooms are nicely updated, VERY comfy beds, perfect location in Vail village, but the best part was the staff. Every person was so friendly; they chatted with us, offered amenities I did not even think to ask about, and just made our stay wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here next summer'

'1 its mandatory valet that is a 50.00 up charge thats paid when you check in per day. Also you have to tip the valet. I purchased a luxury room due to a garden tub where my daughter could enjoy a bath ( she 10) The tub spout didnt work. They compt us the 50.00 valet. Also after 1 swim session in the pool it had so much chlorine in it, it fried everyone's hair including my daughters long blonde hair. We washed and conditioned the hell out of it with minimal help to it. I would never stay at this...

'Propert was very nice, room was clean, check-in was easy. We were there in late June and it was in the mid 80’s during the day, this condo does not have AC, and is really close to I-70. It was too hot too sleep with the windows closed, and too noisy to sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if it was cooler weather.'

'We got a surprise $45 charge for parking our car in the half empty parking lot that was not disclosed on Expedia as they said all fees were included in the price'

'Nice room. Hot tub was nice. Amenities were expensive and were not included in the price, despite most options were not even open/available during our stay. Rental people upstairs were very helpful. '

'My only complaint was the cost of a pet. $100 is steep. I would understand a deposit if your animal made a mess of some sort, but to just sleep for 1 night is just ridiculous.'

'Older place but front desk was so nice and the location is great. Rented skis from Vail Tech downstairs and gondala was a 2 min walk. '
