The bike path is 50 meters from the house. A restaurant (La Table du Marensin) is right across from the house, as well as a gourmet grocery store with a bar overlooking the lake.

A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

A sitting area with a fireplace, sofa, ottomans, and TV.
