'Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. 'Super cute and comfortable!'

'Cozy is the perfect name! This cabin is just right for two. The bed is super comfy! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing corn hole, and making s’mores around the propane fire pit. The property is less than 20 minutes from Garner, so you’re close enough to all the hiking, swimming, and fun without having your neighbors fifteen feet away. It was lovely to come back to a quiet, private space after a full day at the park!'

'The Utopia River Retreat was just what we needed after 3 nights camping out in Big Bend. The cabin we stayed in (Kickapoo) was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (cooking utensils, bath towels, linens). The grounds were peaceful and scenic and had a nice swimming pool and volleyball net as well as riverfront access.
