« The setting was beautiful, a shimming lake and a burst of colour from autumn foliage. Unfortunately the cottage was lacking. Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. « We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund. »

« We are very impressed by our stay at the Muskoka holiday home. The house was very clean, and all the rooms were well-equipped. The owner was very enthusiastic and able to solve the problems we encountered immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance. »
