In the immediate vicinity, you can find a market (500m), a restaurant (500m), and various leisure and recreational facilities. Utjeha is known for its crystal-clear sea and pebble beaches, while the surrounding area offers numerous water activities such as diving, sailing, and kayaking. For those who love exploring, the nearby towns of Bar and Ulcinj offer a rich cultural and gastronomic experience.

The property consists of 16 apartments, and the pool is shared among all guests. The owners do not live on-site but are always available for any assistance and information.

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 180×200 cm bed, while Bedroom 2 has a 140×200 cm sofa bed and a 90×200 cm armchair. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. The apartment also features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom includes a shower cabin, but there is no washing machine available. Air conditioning is provided and included in the price. Wi-Fi is available, and the smart TV comes with cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, cleaning supplies, and an iron.

House Rules:

Children are welcome, and groups under 25 years old are allowed. Cleaning service is included in the price. The owners do not live on-site, and other guests also stay in the property.
