No smoking in the house.The entire house is exclusively owned by the guests without sharing with the landlord. You can use the BBQ on the deck.The whole house is for you guys ,you can go wherever you want at the yard and deck.

It is not city water but the filter tap water is drinkable.

The driveway to the property is steep and winding .AWD or 4*4 is recommended but usually not necessary unless when snowy or icy.

Each floor is a relatively independat and open for the sake of spaciousness, brightness ,and comfort.

There are no doors for each bed. It is suitable for close friends or families to enjoy a wonderful holiday, sunbathing on the deck or enjoy the sunset of the bay while having some BBQs and drinks with falmilies and friends. when you feel relaxed and enjoyment here, all our efforts are worth it.
