I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your transit hotel during our recent stay. The receptionist was extremely courteous and accommodating, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival and allowing us to extend our stay until 12noon on the same day. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, as it enabled us to relax and prepare for our onward journey.
