'Mooi nieuw hotel. Kamers zijn groot. Design mooi, wel wat vreemd ingericht: bureau achter het bed; glas tussen douche en toilet (niet zo handig als je kamer met iemand deelt). Dames aan de receptie zijn super vriendelijk en service-georienteerd. Ook de IT man die ons hielp met de equipment voor de trainingen die we gaven was erg behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en eigen klein strand. Minpunten: er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt: mieren in de badkamer en hoeken en plinten worden niet schoongemaakt. ...

'We booked a ocean view fale and we got a fale overlooking the road. When we mentioned this to the so called manager, it took the old lady a few minutes to simply look up and start a conversation. I assume they are used to having a whole lot of power and therefore not being used to accept any negativity or complaints from whoever 'dares' speaking up to them.
