'We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football.'

'The experience itself was okay. We stayed there just because of the kitchen, since we have a lot of food restrictions, I have to cook most of the time. The room smelled like weed, but look... it is a cheap cheap long term stay. The floors could use a better treatment, it was pretty dirty. What i liked the most was, they fixed things really fast, kudos to the team. 'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...
