'We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.'

'Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf van 2 dagen in The Cypress Inn. De mensen waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamer was heel fraai. Ook de locatie was heel mooi gelegen, vlakbij een rivier met een mooi wandelpad. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en de sfeer is zeer gemoedelijk. Een echte aanrader.'

'The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. '

Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.'

'Rooms look like a motel instead of a hotel, be mindful to keep your things off the floor, as soon as we got in the room here comes a spider and critters traveling around on the a blinds. The room also has a smell of mildew and rooms across the hall had signs that were unsafe for a person to stay in as well as hallway had a strong smell of fire smoke.'
