'If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!'

'Check in was really simple. This is an ideally placed Campground with access to many state park destinations in the area.Very clean Campground and perfect for our family of 4.We are looking at coming back in the fall. '

'This was the perfect 2 night / 3 day stay we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. Next time we we have to add a day. Loved the decor! Has all the essentials of home without noisy neighbors. Set by itself and perfect for quiet evening camp fires. Very close to town with a cool 3 story antique shop. 'I came here with the goal of seeing the stars in a place with dark skies, and it did not disappoint. The cabin was perfect- everything was exactly as described. The kitchen had everything you’d need, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the kitchen table- it was spacious enough for playing games together and enjoying our meals. 'We had a wonderful time during our stay! The Octagon was clean and spacious! This was the perfect home to relax and unwind! We enjoyed the game room. We had great star viewing each night on the deck. The large fire pit was perfect for s’mores! We enjoyed exploring the land; checking out the creek, trails, and pond area. Joe was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Just a couple notes and why we didn’t give 5 stars- the rooms were a little less private due to gaps...
