« The property felt safe, parking was good. Pet friendly was very nice. Great location. Fire pit was closed. The grass on property needed mowing. The outdoor furniture worked good for our group. The plastic chairs were a little concerning with our heavier family members. The kitchen utensils need improving. « Plenty of appliances. Pets allowed. Lots of towels, soap, shampoo. Excellent views. Had to ask the host how 10 people could sleep there with 4 bedrooms. Maybe place a comment in the amenities that the sectional couch can sleep 2. »

« We had a great stay! The place is amazing with many extra. Coffee was furnished, the furnishings were very comfortable but also gave you were at d beach house on an island somewhere! Amber was very quick to help with and extra needs ! The VRBO was wonderful! We will go there again? »

« Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room. »
