« Great spot right near North Chestermans beach. Easy walk to surf. It is far roomier than you perceive based on the images. Wonderful communication and great for a family. Note for anyone with little ones just learning to walk, the drop-down living area may keep you busy as they climb up and down the steps. I would absolutely come back. »

« It was way to expensive for what we had. No pots and no stove to cook. An electrical apparatus (small oven) was not working. There was no chairs to sit, only stools. The toilet bowl was shaking and unstable. No room in the washroom to put our toilet products. »

« This was our first time visiting Tofino and the Blue Heron was a great location to check out all the surrounding sites. Right across from Chesterman Beach, you can't really beat location, especially if your surfing. House was clean and well laid out. The inlet was very cool, my sons had fun playing in the mud or watching the tide come in. Hot tub was a bonus. Kitchen was a bit small for a family who likes to cook but we made due and it had everything we needed. Overall we would recommend »

« This is a gem property to stay at. Everything is brand new and pristine clean. The large windows have a great view of the forest and nature. We saw deer walk through the property and several birds. The location is amazing with walking trails in every direction, it is a short walk to restaurants, wild pacific trail and the beach. « The facilty is excellent in every way. The operators were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only downside is the 8km of very rugged dirtroad to get to the facility. Average speed about 15-20km/h and that was still pushing the comfort level in driving on the road. But we'll still go again -- just to enjoy the safari tents the next time. »
