After booking your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at The Beach House, as well as a refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

* The hot tub is an amenity and while we will make every effort to insure a working and properly heated hot tub experience, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot offer cancellation or discounts should the hot tub or any other amenity not be in perfect working order.

- Pet Fees: Up to two dogs under 50lbs at $55/dog per night. Please notify us at booking if you plan to bring a dog. $500/night fine for each animal present if not notified.

- Required Disclosure: There is a Ring Doorbell which records sound and video located at the front entrance to monitor for deliveries and vehicle/occupancy levels and a Ring Floodlight Camera facing the back deck, yard and fire pit areas.
