« Non working elevator and client disabled. Inadequate room supplies . Needed toilet paper had to report twice not enough towels. Curtain not working . Made reservation 11 months prior and was put in different building that didn’t have beach or access to beverages. Very disappointing. »

« Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars.
