« The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

« there is a serious problem with this rental (see below.) while the neighborhood is wonderful, the cabin is quaint & peaceful, regular employees & maintenance at cool cabin are lovely & helpful -- management is not: they will not acknowledge that there is a problem with the place and actually suggested that WE were the problem (aka being somehow too sensitive -- about that more later.) all we have been offered is a 5% discount above the 15% discount everyone gets for a future rental. an insult,...
