« Complimentary toiletries was a used bottle of shampoo and conditioner. No body wash. Hand soap was only in one bathroom, no blankets downstairs to make it more comfortable to watch t.v. ants in the downstairs bathroom. Everything else was fine. »

« The cabin was a bit run down. The patio door would not lock. I had to spend half of my first day waiting for a repair man. The repair man was very nice and fixed it for the moment, but again my first day was ruined. I left a day early because I didn’t feel comfortable there. »

« A beautiful and peaceful escape with wonderful views, charming touches, fun and safe for your children, and with comfortable beds! We loved spending most of our time on the deck, chatting by the fire pit, and of course…Eating at the large tables. I even tried my hand at the fancy wood pellet smoker for a delicious tri-tip! »

« Great place to stay while in Big Bear! Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Space was tidy and air conditioning worked great! Could use some more privacy in the backyard/ patio space but was fine for the most part! »

« A very nicely appointed place! Super cute. Very clean! Nice touches like Keurig coffee pods, nice furniture, bedding, towels, etc. Remodeled kitchen. Game room with a Pac-Man arcade! Do realize it is a mountain side house so every thing is on a different floor and the “backyard” is steep! My only complaint was the lighting in the whole house was very low! My group was all seniors, so the lighting (and all the stairs!) was challenging! »

« We were Three Guys on a friends’ retreat, four-night getaway to Lake Arrowhead. This cabin was perfect for us with all the needed amenities. The floor plan, furniture, decking and equipment, including an easy-to-use gas fireplace, were just right. The outdoor spa was wonderful. The galley-style kitchen was functional and fully equipped.
