Private Gym & Steam Room: Prioritise wellness with a fully equipped gym for your workouts and a steam room to unwind and recharge.

Heated Saltwater Pool: Dive into the 15-metre saltwater pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, followed by hours of relaxation on the sun loungers.

Rumpus Room: Let the fun begin in the spacious rumpus room, complete with a pool table and plenty of cozy seating for moments of relaxation or friendly competition.

Adventure Essentials: Ready for adventure? Explore the stunning coastline with the provided cruiser bikes, surfboards, and beach gear, all included with your stay.

Events, Gatherings, Photo & Location Shoots:
Mana Beach House is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful beachside atmosphere. To keep things relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that no events or parties be held during your stay. We want to maintain the quiet, laid-back feel of the neighbourhood and ensure everyone has a great time. Thanks so much for understanding!

For elopements, photoshoots, or location shoots, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of $1,500 + GST applies per day.

Security:
For your peace of mind, external cameras monitor the driveway, front door, and back door. A noise sensor is installed in the outdoor area (audio is not recorded). Rest assured, no cameras are placed in private spaces.

Pets:
We warmly welcome small, non-shedding dogs with prior approval. A pet fee applies upon acceptance.

Check-In/Out:
Check-in: 2 pm (NSW time)
Check-out: 10 am
We often have back-to-back bookings throughout the year, so early check-ins are generally unavailable as we work to prepare Mana perfectly for your stay.

Noise Restrictions:
To respect the serenity of our residential area, we kindly ask that outdoor noise is minimised between 10 pm and 8 am. Sound around the pool can carry, so we also request that all outdoor music be brought indoors by 8 pm.

Bikes:
Explore the coastline with 4 adult cruiser bikes and 1 children’s mountain bike (suitable for ages 6–10). Helmets and bike locks are provided for your convenience. Use of the bikes is at your own risk.

We provide a high chair and a selection of children’s books and games. Additional baby essentials such as cots and prams can be arranged via our partner, Hire Hood.

Cool Room:
Our chef-designed kitchen includes a walk-in commercial cool room. To support sustainability, this is switched off unless requested. If you’d like it turned on for a special occasion or longer stay, an additional daily fee applies. Alternatively, the kitchen features two spacious side-by-side fridge/freezers with ample storage.
