'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. 'It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. 'The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. 'This house is very clean, modern, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Family friendly with games, high chair, pack and play, etc.Parking in a dedicated lot easy keypad lock in make coming and going a breeze. It is located on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.'

'We had such an excellent stay. It was perfect for our large family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Excellent communication, as we got locked out (our fault) and we messaged the host and within 5 minutes they were there helping us get back in! We will use the house again in the future!'
