Holiday Home 'Il Trucchetto' with Private Garden

Located in Chivasso, Piedmont, Il Trucchetto is a 186 m² holiday home for up to 4 guests. You’ll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your comfort. The property offers a private kitchen and exclusive-use washing machine for your convenience. Heating is available, in line with Italian regulations, from October 15 to April 15, depending on seasonal temperatures.



The first bedroom features a double bed frame with two single mattresses joined together. As shown in the photos, there are no bedside tables next to the bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if needed.



Outside, enjoy your private garden, surrounded by woodland and the sights and sounds of nature. Please note, there is no parasol or barbecue in the garden.



As a rural property, Il Trucchetto is simple and rustic, suitable for guests seeking an authentic countryside experience. In summer, spiders weave webs daily and there are mosquitoes; due to the nearby horse paddock, flies and horseflies may also be present. In spring and autumn, stink bugs can appear. This is not a sign of uncleanliness, but part of the genuine woodland experience. We recommend bringing insect repellent. There are no mosquito screens at this property.



Breakfast is not provided. Chivasso, with all essential services, is just 5 minutes away by car, and Turin is easily reached in 15 minutes by train.



Shared parking is available on site. Pets are welcome. Events are not allowed. Wake up to roosters at dawn and, on summer evenings, let crickets and cicadas provide a natural soundtrack for your stay.
