We came for a conference and booked online. Arrived late on Wednesday and had to leave right out the next morning to the event. Once it was over we immediately left and went to a hotel. Nasty, dead bugs, spider webs, urine smell in the rooms.. just disgusting! The worse part was I called vrbo to report the issue and they had the nerve to say my complaint is minor. I have pictures, videos etc and they charge a 110 cleaning fee for a nasty houseMy advice: keep going, do not rent here or from vrbo... they are a joke
No communication by the owner until the required check-in time, 3 days before. Live ants and mouse droppings, , linens were lacking, no shampoo, only "Head and Shoulders" means the owner probably lives there part-time, unwrapped soap. Christmas decor still found in May. Decor lacking congruency, Mowers came during stay. Owner tried to change the check-out time 3 days prior to check-in, then texts "Move out now!" He then SHOWS UP up at the location 45 min before the website check-out time of 11:00 AM, to demand an exit. Allows original check-out at 11:00 AM. I told him about pests, and the ant spray that I bought & put under the sink. The master bed is subpar with a built-in dip from years of overuse. Very dirty carpets with bottle caps and dead bugs under furniture. No signs of the actual cleaning crew. The shower and guest bathroom were dusty and dirty and needed renovation. The vanity in the master is being held up with shims. The kitchen has a vinyl backsplash coming away from the wall. The outlet in the kitchen is pulled from the wall and looks unsafe. Lacking essential items like wash cloths, dishwashing pods, and basic cleanliness, guest soap, shampoo, etc. The fire pit is overgrown with weeds, not usable. The patio furniture is old, and looks like old weathered indoor furniture from the 60s. All of the living room furniture is set strangely against the fireplace and angled in the corner with a strange desk. I would not recommend this property.
My friends and I needed something close to the Marriott Southern Hills for a conference we were attending and this was very convenient. The property was as described. The home is in a quiet subdivision, easy to find, plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Check in was a breeze.
Not cleaned prior to our stay and smelled very funny. Plus poor communication from owner
The property had clearly not been cleaned properly due to the ownerâs previous guest. We found a bra under the bed, Pizza Hut receipts in the bathroom drawers from 2024, an old used loofa in the shower, amongst other things. Some of the bedroom doors already had small holes in them. The communication from the owner was very poor. I had to message the owner on the day of our stay to get our check in instructions around 9 am. We did get a response but thatâs not ok. I had already done my first leg of my flight with a 6 am flight. I would not stay here again. We stayed in a different property last year and it was 250 more this and everyone agreed that we should have just spent the extra money for a better place. The kitchen was updated but the master bathroom was very outdated and didnât seem to be cleaned professionally very often.
The house appeared to have been neglected for some time. In the master bedroom, there were sugar ants, and all the fans were covered in dust. The carpet emitted a musty smell of mildew. The bathroom fan made a terrible noise, and cobwebs adorned the porch. Additionally, there were rodent droppings under the kitchen sink, suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned since the last people who stayed there. Left behind were bar soap, a loofah, and other personal items.
Over all it was a very good stay. The house was as stated in the listing. It was clean and stocked with everything in the listing. The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time.
Older home that needs some attention. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. Barstool in kitchen dining needs to glued back together. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Extra blankets for the beds would have been much appreciated as we were there during a snowstorm. Heating was inconsistent throughout the house with the master bedroom being significantly colder than the rest of the house. Communication was poor. A question asked before booking was answered incompletely. A family member uses a walker or wheelchair and we asked about stairs - they failed to mention the sunken living room. We had a visit from a mouse during our stay, but a towel stuffed firmly under the utility room door seemed to have solved the problem.
Very nice place to stay - wonderful neighborhood too
Accommodations were just what we were looking for us and our two daughters and their husbands to stay while we attended a family Christmas gathering in Tulsa.
The house was prefect for our two families. It was the right size and had all that we needed. It was close to lots of stuff including a grocery store and lots of restaurants.
The house was in a good location, close to main roads and highways. There were a ton of options for food and shopping.
The house was just as described on the listing. The rooms were perfect in size. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was stocked with main essentials.
We would consider staying here again.
Convenient location. Nice neighborhood. Overall a great experience.
Would have been nice to have some foil and a pancake turner/spatula in the kitchen. Otherwise a well appointed kitchen.
Only negative was hair in the primary shower.
