'We vonden bij aankomst 3 kakkerlakken die we doodden. Er waren geen andere kamers beschikbaar. Voorstel van manager: komen spuiten met insecticiden alsof slapen in die lucht gezond is. Zeker af te raden inn!'

'Our room had a couch that had spilled paint all over it, a chair that was completely torn up and drapes that had a substance that looked like blood splattered on them. The shower had no door so you stepped out onto a lake of water upon finishing your shower. I would have made a bigger deal, but we were only in our room for a short time.'

'La habitación asignada 264 fue desafortunada porque estaba por debajo de la superficie que, aunque tenía ventanas y balcón, no se tenia una vista completa, nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en un sótano. Estas suites deberían de ofrecerlas a un precio reducido. Además, el extractor de olores del baño no servía. Desagradable.'

'El de la recepción fatal nos quiso robar. Nos cobró la estancia a pesar de que ya estaba preparada. Nos pidió que pusiéramos nuestra tarjeta y al salir el pago aprobado en la pantalla nos dijo “ay perdón” ya estaba prepagada pero no se cobró nada. Le mencioné que si se había hecho el cobro y me negaba que no que yo estaba equivocada. Hasta que le fui a enseñar una foto de donde me había hecho el cobro a pesar de que ya estaba pagada la habitación. No fue al hasta que se dio cuenta que lo estaba...

'The hotel has been well updated, it is clean and in excellent repair. The beds are very comfortable and there is a nice assortment of pillows that I found very satisfying. I am not usually pleased with the pillows in hotels, but here I found one that was perfect. The staff was wonderful. Check in and check out was a breeze. When I asked for pool towels, they were provided promptly. We stayed on the second floor and could hear sounds and footsteps in the room above us. I would like better sound...

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'
