The extensive grounds are park like with well-maintained lawns, wide streets, & mature trees. Many examples of desert landscaping are tastefully integrated. The home is a short walk to the community pool and hot tub.
We allow small to medium sized dogs but NO CATS please. Our daughter is allergic to them.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a TV, large walk-in closet and double sinks in the large bathroom. The master bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with the second bathroom (also with a tub/shower combination) just outside the bedroom door.
For those of you that need to do a bit of work while on vacation, there are two desks in the unit; one is in the Master bedroom and the other is located between the dining and living area.
The outside yard has a stunning mountain view and faces west allowing for gorgeous sunsets and comfortable afternoons on the patio.
The entire unit has tiled floors with scatter rugs placed tastefully throughout the unit. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room seats 4 people comfortably and the living room is furnished with elegant and comfortable leather furniture.
The garage is 5 steps away from the front door and comes with a remote control opener.
This home is sunny and spacious and very well maintained. It is well located with easy access to Interstate 10. It is ½ mile to the YMCA which has monthly memberships; 1 mile to the public library; 2 miles to NW Medical Center; 3 large grocery chains within 3 miles; Walgreens, CVS, LA Fitness & post office within 2 miles; Costco with gas about 4 miles. The townhome community itself is private & quiet.
