Very nice welcome on arrival! The complex is charming and rooms furnished soberly and tastefully! Everything is very clean! Double sink in the bathroom, a plus! The pool is beautiful and the small jaccuzi is perfect! Breakfasts are served in the restaurant adjacent to the complex in a peaceful and pleasant environment! Many choices for breakfast including fresh fruits and a little different every day! In short everything was perfect!

No respect of the online offer
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the hotel. According to my booking on hotels.com, I was entitled to a $16 discount on my drinks or food. However, during check-out, the hotel staff informed me that I couldn't receive the discount because I didn't have the required voucher, which should have been provided to me at check-in but was not. This is completely unacceptable. I firmly expressed my disagreement with paying the full amount without the promised $16 discount that was included in my booking. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was told that it would need to be approved by the manager and charged to me later, with the receipt sent by email. Unfortunately, several days have passed, and not only was I charged the full amount without the discount, but I also never received the promised receipt via email. Such behavior is tantamount to stealing and a blatant disregard for the proposed offer and the commitments made to customers. I strongly urge everyone to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.

Loved the pool with the small waterfalls. Room was large & comfortable. Grounds were very nice. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan in the room.

Great stay! This place exceeded my expectations from the moment we got there until we checked out. We got there 7 hours before check in because our flight landed early in the day, and the receptionist accommodated us so we could check in early. All the facilities and rooms were very clean, which is the number one thing I look for in hotels. Would highly recommend and would also stay again.

Room needed maintenance: Air conditioning didn’t work well Toilet had no bolts on the screws that hold it securely to the ground and therefore rattled loudly. All shutters in room were broken and didn’t work properly. Phone in room wasn’t actually connected in any way. No hot water at 11:00 pm for a shower. No one at front desk to contact for help. Front desk upon checkout had no concern about issues or our stay.

The room was okay. The only issue was that we couldn’t sleep due to the next room slamming the doors constantly being in and out of their room. The doors make a lot of noise when they close.

I love the rooms. They are spacious and clean always and I always feel safe staying there by myself. The only thing I wish is that they had a couple ice machines available outside of the lobby other than that I always enjoy my stay there and am a bit sad when it's time to leave. I also like the fact that they are pet friendly and have a nice grass area for the furkids.

My boyfriend and I stayed in one of their King Casitas for two nights. We really liked how quiet it was however the room was a bit run down. The doors were tricky and when we first arrived to our room we couldn’t get in so I went back to the lobby an employee told us the trick to getting the doors open. If my boyfriend hadn’t been there I would have felt unsafe because I couldn’t open the door on my own for a whole day. Another issue with the doors was that they were worn down to the point that there were cracks in the door letting in light . Thankfully we didn’t see any bugs come through them. The bathroom was beautifully designed however the shower was not completely clean when we checked in. There were small hairs on the shower wall from the previous guest . We had a short stay so these issues were minor enough for us to look over for two nights . The staff seemed friendly and the overall location felt safe , we even walked down to the Locale restaurant one night which isn’t far from the property.

This was our 4th time visiting. Love the quiet well manicured garden space, the pool and the ambience. Our only negative is the breakfast buffet is no longer included but we still had a great time.

We liked the spaciousness of the room, the grounds, and the location. We did not like a patio that could not be used because the door was permanently closed and locked. We were originally assigned a room on the second floor, but we had to switch because they did not have elevators or a person to carry our bags to the second floor

This property was an old homestead that has been converted into a hotel. I had a king suite that was superb - big bedroom and big dining/living room suitable for my business meetings. The on-site restaurant is wonderful, with indoor and outdoor dining, a large bar and excellent food. There is no complimentary breakfast now, but the food served at the breakfast buffet is 2 steps higher in quality than the complimentary breakfasts served at many places. Its only 8 minutes from U of A, so keep that in mind when visiting your kid on college.

Cielos is a very pleasant option for all meals during the day. Food and service both very good, nice ambience. Our room was spacious and bathroom was well-equipped. Grounds are well-kept. Location convenient to most of Tucson.

The grounds were nice and pretty with good landscaping. They have pet friendly rooms. You can bring your dogs to the restaurant patio. The windows were outdated and let in a lot of noise. With an evening party on the grounds, it was very loud.
