The grounds around are unique and calming a great connection to the outdoors, but as my low rating for accuracy of the website, there’s no heat and our rooms ,except the bathroom, are exposed to the outdoor wind. « The cabin was clean, quaint and quiet. However, the main reason we booked the cabin in Dec was for the hot tub which was not functioning (60 degrees) and completely filthy. The rental representative tried to get it working and then sent maintenance the next day, and they were also unable to fix it. I would think the owners should insure all features are functioning prior to renting. « Call ahead and make sure the hot tub is functioning and has clean water. Bring along some old sheets or window cling to cover the windows where the shades have been removed. Don’t plan on using the ceiling fan without the light being on, that cord is missing. If you are allergic to bathroom mold… don’t book.
