Hôtel près de Troy Dothan Quad (Dothan)

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« clean rooms. bathrooms were okay. found a couple pieces of hair on the linen in bathroom but i wasnt going to make a big deal out of it. overall very nice accommodation. »

« The drainage system for the shower did NOT work! The water was all over the bathroom floor and outside the bathroom… will stay again, just not in a roll in shower room… »

« Staff was not helpful or friendly other than Monet who went above and beyond. We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast had minimal offerings. Overall not a great stay. »

« Second time we've stayed at this property. Rooms are very clean, but very sparsely appointed. No hangers in the closet and no drawers, so prepare to li e out of your suitcase. Also, strangely, the room does have a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Also, we had one bar of soap to use between the shower and the sink. Mattress and pillows were comfortable, bit the aluminum bed frame was so noisy. It popped and cracked everytime we rolled over or got in and out of bed. The free breakfast is...

« Not gonna lie, I was expecting the worst because of the price, but turns out I really really enjoyed my stay here, the room was well worth it, very organized and clean and comfortable. I thought because I was paying 60 bucks that It would be bad but it was very nice neat and clean, everything was beyond my expectations! Will stay over and over again if I’m ever in Dothan,Alabama »

The room was spotless, and I was really impressed with how clean the entire hotel was — from the elevators to the hallways. The free coffee was a great bonus, and I also loved the convenience of the items for sale downstairs. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again! »

« The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options. »
