« I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay. However, it might be a bit small for longer visits or business trips where more room is needed, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this place...

« The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. »

« The place was wonderful for a family. plenty of space and spacious AC rooms the beds were perfect,the home is located in a quiet area but still in walking distance to a grocery and bakery close to entertainment and the savannah. So if you are looking for a place with easy access to town that's your spot. And for those small groups of 6 it's ideal for a girls sleep over just no loud noises or partying cause the neighbors are next door. The pool was a welcome addition to those hot days or lazy...

« The host was very welcoming and accommodating. He was available to answer any questions and deal with any issues we had. The property and appliances needs updating. One bedroom had an oder for the whole length of our stay. We had to leave the door open so the smell wouldn't be so strong.One of the bathrooms had small ants so every evening we had to use bug spray to kill them. »

« A beautiful and very spacious villa with all the amenities you'd require. Extremely close to a variety of food choices and a host of entertainment options to choose from. Not to mention that the beaches are within walking distance. Sugarsands Villa you left us longing for more. »

« I was pleased that the townhouse was roomier than I had expected which made the stay quite confortable. Property was clean and tidy on arrival. Host was always available to answer any concerns. Would consider staying there again for future trips to Tobago. »
