« Trinidad is a very small town with tons of history & great people. Never did I think we would be able to find such a beautiful, comfortable & clean place to stay. The owners have thought of everything you could possible need for any situation. We walked to Main Street & the down town area even at night & felt safe so no issues with the neighborhood. We loved this home & really couldn’t ask for anything more! You don’t find places like this very often to rent five stars is not enough! »

« This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching all the hummingbirds. It’s a great getaway to enjoy peace and quiet. We will be back! »

« This home is in a good location and has a nice, somewhat fenced yard. The floors are all hard surface, which is great. Check in and out was easy. The problem we had with this home was that it was very dirty. I kept my shoes on for the entire weekend. Only one window had a screen, so we could not let fresh air in to counter the strong air fresheners or cool down the house. « Stayed here in August on our way to Colorado trail riding. Came back in September for Aspens and more trails. This little house works perfect for us. Close to everything, off street parking, so clean and well appointed. Met Jimmy and Paula this time. We will be back again next year! »
