« We had an excellent experience with this host and this property. It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor. As a property manager for almost 10 years, the responsiveness and communication was my favorite part. We alerted them of a potential need...

« This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. »

« This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. It looks like a great fishing spot as well though I didn't have time to try. Shopping wasn't to far away so a plus there as well. The house itself was large had a nice sized kitchen, family room...

« What a wonderful stay at the cottage in Butler. We had a 3 day stay. What a BEAUTIFUL area with the lake nice and close. The drive to town for groceries is a nice drive along the lake. The home was amazing! The instructions were very well accessible for check in and check out. Easy to find and park. Friendly neighbors. It was great to sit on the porch and unwind. Fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. We truly enjoyed the stay and we will be back next year! From ct! »
