« It was a great location for our multi-generational family vacation-- a short car ride to the Hull Cove Visitor Center in Acadia National Park. The street was a quiet private road. Our granddaughters and grand-dog had room to romp and play. Well stocked, well maintained and tastefully appointed.Everything about the home was perfect for us! »

« The property was beautiful and clean. There was a fire pit and wood and we sat out enjoying evenings looking over the ocean. We had 2 more people than they had kayaks and we asked the host where we could rent some nearby. He told us he would supply them and he went out and bought them the night before we arrived! « Our extended family of 11 stayed here for a week. We had plenty of room for Grandma and Grandpa, four adults, and the five grandchildren (ages 14-20). The open floor plan on the main floor had plenty of room for us to hang out together in the kitchen, eating area and living room. There is a large game room upstairs that we didn’t take advantage of because we were busy doing other things. But we enjoyed a couple of dinners outside on the patio and a fire around the fire pit. « House was nice and cozy! The host was fantastic! Very welcoming and very responsive. Place was clean and very secluded just as advertised. We had a lot of fun exploring the area and enjoyed coming back to the house after hour day! »

« Our Host was very responsive and accommodating to our communication with him. The house was comfortable and clean and Ellsworth has just what we needed to facilitate our visits to Acadia Park. Only thing that could have improved it at all would be a fully functioning coffee maker, since I can't start the day with out my java. We did figure out the single cup function eventually and all was well.We would return if our travels took us back to the Acadia Area. »

« Great place to stay to visit Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The house was clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Highly recommend if you don't want to stay in the high priced, crazy busy area but still be close to all the sights!! »

« The home was very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed the extra and thoughtful amenities like snacks, selection of coffee and teas, women toiletries. The location is central to a lot of places. Parking is ample. I was kinda nervous about non central AC, but the window ac felt similar to central AC. There was a window ax in every unit and my allergies were ok.We enjoyed our stay. »

« We had a wonderful stay in a fun place. It was also very central to everything we did in and around Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.The house was clean and we'll maintained for its age. We didn't realize that the room with three beds was also the theater, but it still worked out.The kitchen was a little funky with two small refrigerators instead of one larger one.
