« Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. « The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

« We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Premium Studio with Pool view at Avista Bloomfield was clean, comfortable and safe. We recommend this spot for your next visit.....we will be back.
