'Rented this unit and another on the beach side for an extended family gathering. This unit was cozy and well-stocked with beach chairs, etc. (The other unit had space but little else.) Commendations to the owners and to the management team, who was very responsive.'

'The condo was very nice and clean. There was a smell to the condo when we arrived. It got better as time went on but it smelled like sour laundry. We also had issues with the sliding glass doors. There is a metal plate along the bottom which we all tripped on at least once during our stay. My friend actually fell and hurt her wrist. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent gain. '

'everything was great and as described. The only downside was the master bathroom tub didn't really drain but we never complained to Maintenace to have it fixed. I know if we would have said something it would have been addressed.'

'A perfect weekend get away for me and my beautiful girlfriend. The 305W condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We spent most of the weekend on the beach and in the pool. We liked exploring the nearby restaurants and breweries. I highly recommend the Helm for dinner.Communication with the owner was extremely easy and check in was a breeze. We loved the condo and location so much that we actually booked an extra night. We will definitely be back in the future. 5 stars for sure - BH'
