Amazing condo with beautiful view

This property was wonderful! It was spacious, modern, and clean. The balcony was huge with an amazing view. The property manager was helpful and easy to connect with. Parking was close and easy, right on site. We would definitely stay there again!

Just Book It

As advertised, this is a beautiful unit with all the amenities. Great view right on the east bay, plenty of room, a fully equipped kitchen and super clean. It's a very close drive to downtown and an easy drive to either peninsula and a number of wineries, restaurants, etc. Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. We will certainly return.

Condo is so relaxing, beautifully decorated...the view off the balcony is amazing...loved the relaxing outdoor furniture on the balcony patio. Husband wanted to buy the place he was so impressed!

Much more than 5 stars for sure! Amazing rental, beautiful views and great location. The Villa is as pictured with so much more than described. We could not ask for a more perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We will definitely be back soon could not imagine staying anywhere else for vacay in Traverse City now!

Perfect in every way!

If I cound give my experience with this condo and with Katy more that 5 stars, I would. The pictures do not do it justice. It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. The view from the wall of windows in the main area was absolutely stunning. No detail was overlooked and it was equipped with everything you could want or need. The fireplace and heated floors were perfect during our late October stay. Katy truly thought of everything. The bottle of wine and hand written welcome note were so thoughtful. She was very quick in responding to all of my questions. She is the definition of a primier host! Don't hesitate to book this beautiful place, you won't be disappointed!

Girlfriend Getaway!

LOVED staying at the Sugar Beach Villas for our recent girl’s trip. There were 4 of us, all in our 60’s. The pictures do not do it justice, especially that view! Everything was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. Katy was very quick in responding to my questions. Will gladly come back again. The only thing I would hope to change is maybe if you begin accepting small pets?

Our team of 8 went for a weekend getaway. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and things to do information. The property was immaculate and spacious. It had everything we needed to make our trip easy. From the fully stocked kitchen utensils, air mattresses for those who didn't want to share a bed, toiletries, linens, board game, wet bar area and foosball coffee table. It was hard leaving such a beautiful condo. The view is spectacular and the sun rises and sun sets were the icing on the cake! Our team loved everything about this property and the Management team went above and beyond for our stay. We will definitely be using Golden swan management for our next team getaway!

We will definitely book again!

This was the perfect place to accommodate our families! We had 4 adults, 4 kids and it felt like we had plenty of space! Two out of the three bedrooms have on suite bathrooms, the view is amazing, the location is great, the kitchen island is huge, the bar and mini fridge was a nice added touch, and the high top dining table was perfect for family games and morning coffee! I’m highly impressed by the space and communication with Katy!

Great Home in a Great Location

We all LOVED staying in this beautiful home for our 3 day weekend! The condo is clean, updated, and just plain beautiful. Even though we were here during the winter, the view of the bay is still amazing. I can only imagine a summer vacation in this fantastic place. Five stars!!

Upscale Property with Amazing View!

This property was extremely clean, well maintained and had a beautiful view of the Bay on a private beach, which provided for a relaxing time with family. The property came with everything we needed for a family trip, from kitchen and laundry essentials to beach towels and toys, all with the feel of a luxury hotel. My 12 year old daughter was in love with the heated floors! We will only stay here from now on.
