« At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. « Nice location, clean condo. Nice amenities. Lots to do and explore within walking distance of unit. Easy check in and out process. Ample parking. Great tasting coffee provided. Comfortable bed, WiFi and smart Tv. Definitely recommend. Traverse City is beautiful and this location has a wonderful historic property surrounding it. Delicious restaurants in easy walking distance. Definitely a fun place to stay and explore. »

« We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay. »
