'Please stay away from this hotel/extended stay. My experience at WoodSpring Suites Savannah Garden City was terrible. After checking into my first room, I noticed missing items and the room smelled very bad. I went back to the front desk to report the issue. The front desk agent came to the room, acknowledged the smell, switched my room, and apologized, but stated they do not give refunds. The following day, I went to the front desk to ask for towels and was met by a very rude front desk agent....

'A little out of the way. Brand new as of 2026. They offered breakfast on Sunday morning of cold runny eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. The dining area was large and comfortable. On Monday morning, no breakfast, which disrupted my plans. Everything in the room was fine. The pillows were overly soft. There was a refrigerator and freezer, hot stovetop and microwave. Everything was very new.'

'The Ann Savannah was a great place to stay for my quick trip to Savannah. The parking and check in process was quick and easily. Staff at the front dress were professional and helpful. My room was stock with what I needed and very comfortable. It was great having the kitchen! I took off 1 star on Maintenence only because the curtains in the bedroom were not hung correctly (the "pull" wand to close the curtains was not attached to the curtains)....but the blinds worked and were sufficient. ...

'Parking was very convenient right in front of the door (if you’re lucky). It’s not assigned parking but there’s plenty of space. The room felt and smelled clean. Which is a big bonus because some places you can just feel and smell that it isn’t cleaned properly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. 'Nice and spacious apartment in the center of Savannah. The apartment was in the style of the city. We stayed in this apartment for four nights. We had everything we needed, except a wasmachine and drier (it will be a nice feature, not only for the people who are staying at the apartment, but also because the used towels started to smell achter few nights). 'The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!'

'The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right.'
