'This was my second time staying at this property—first for a friend weekend and this time to bring my husband, son, and mom—and I expect it won’t be our last. Super easy getaway from the DC area for water views, a quiet area, and nature activities nearby. Stacy was helpful with recommendations for the latter, as well. We’re eager to stay again when the weather is warmer to get out on the water—but despite a chill, the home and views did not disappoint!'

'Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. '

'We had such a great stay at Annapolis Retreat! The house is even better than it looks in the photos. We spent the majority of our time in the lower level family room with a gas fireplace, TV and many games (the ring game was our favorite!). The house was clean, well stocked and seems very much like someone’s home rather than just a rental. We will definitely be back! '

'We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner. We feel like we just didn’t get the most bang for our buck. It was a splurge for us in an expensive room and...
