« Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money »

« I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room. »

« Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside. »
