This property is stunning and very well kept. It is right on the lake and a short drive to Clemson University. You'll come in the back way and avoid a ton of traffic. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of sitting and eating room. It's a great place for a family vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our Clemson vacation! This is a wonderful host--very responsive, was able to accommodate a change in dates for us, and just overall very friendly. The house is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. Love that there was an extra fridge so we could keep all our drinks cold and still have plenty of room for groceries. The pontoon boat is a MUST if you are staying here! We had a blast and they make it as easy as possible even if you've never driven a boat before. Also, this house is immaculately clean. Like, staying on the lake in SC, you expect a bug or two but there was NOTHING it was pristine! Beds are comfy, AC is easily controlled both upstairs and down, plenty of parking, nice TVs, wonderful kitchen, pretty views, easy to find even in the dark...I could go on and on! We will definitely stay here next time we're in town. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay for the weekend before a big football game ! We had 3 adult couples and 4 teenager girls and had way more than enough room! The house was beautiful , extremely clean and well stocked. We loved spending time on the boat and on the dock. The extra fridge in the laundry came in super handy with all of our tailgate food as well. Our communication with the owners prior to our stay was also very timely and attentive. They make everything so easy ! Thank you for a great stay; we will definitely be back !

Best Time Ever

This was the best property we have ever stayed at. The house has everything you need. In the pass we have tsken pot snd pans with us, but you don't need them The kitchen is well stocked with spices and other condiments. They have a snoker., a barrell grill and a 4 burner flatop. All clean and worked perfectly. The smoker is big enough to cook 3 racks of ribs and 16 chicken thighs. The lake deck is awesome. If you kids they will love the floating mat. The master bedroom has a small room that has bunkbeds fir two children. Shopping is cery essy Ingles is 12-15 minutes. Anderson is about 25 minutes and there is an Academy annd SAMs Club. Found out later there was a WhatABurger there also. Missed out on thst. We are making plans to ho next year. We were 6 adults and 4 kids and 1 boxer dog. Plenty of room have personal space. Amazing Family Vacation

We had such a good time. The house was comfortable and well stocked for our entire family. We loved just floating in the lake or sitting on the dock together. The neighborhood and lake area are quiet and safe for kids. We will be back next summer!

Lake Hartwell

Amazing location and super nice house very clean with plenty of nice outside eating area. Beautiful yard leading to dock with amazing views. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat as we did for touring the lake. Was an amazing vacation.

Family Easter Vacation

The house was fantastic. Perfect for large families. The gathering/ eating areas were awesome with large kitchen and a great blackstone to cook on. The dock and area of the lake are picture perfect. The ability to rent the boat directly from the owners was so convenient and the pontoon was a great size, clean, ran great, and was an absolute hit with everyone. We would all highly recommend this house and will be back again ourselves. Johanna was great to deal with!

Nice house for a group

Our group of 6 really enjoyed this house. The layout was great for us, with the bedrooms all feeling very cozy and quiet. (It's worth noting that the bunk bed room is only accessible THROUGH the master bedroom, which wasn't an issue for us but I don't know if we realized that ahead of time). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. We enjoyed all the different seating areas, from the screen porch to outdoor dining table and the cozy living room. We also enjoyed relaxing on the dock (and a few folks went for a chilly swim!) Even though the neighbor houses seem quite close, the layout of the house and windows gave us a sense of privacy.

Great Time on the Lake

Our family of 10 stayed for 5 nights and found everything provided to be thoughtful and generous. The dock and the pontoon boat were the highlights, and we used the boat every day of our stay. Swimming next to the dock was enjoyable, as was the use of the kayaks and paddle board. There were a couple of minor problems that were dealt with promptly by the host to our satisfaction. At one point we had 6 cars parked in the driveway and there was ample room for all of them. We used to have a lakehouse on Hartwell lake and our stay brought back pleasant memories.

Best Times for sure!!!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was plenty big enough, extremely clean, and one of the most well stocked VRBO’s I’ve done. Everything about the process was so easy from checking in to check out and everything in between. The property itself is phenomenal, a great location, hanging on the dock was a blast as was taking the boat out a few times for strolls around the lake. I can’t see enough good things about our stay and the property itself. We will definitely be looking to book it again one day.

GT vs Clemson family and friends weekend

The house was great! We had a great time. We enjoyed the openness of the downstairs where we all could gather and enjoy each others company. We cooked most of the meals there and used the grill and flat top grill. Everything worked great! All the bedrooms worked out perfectly.

Great stay near Clemson

This house was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and as described in VRBO. Rick and Johanna were very responsive and accommodating. It is a 25 minute drive to campus, but I would highly recommend if visiting Clemson with a big group.

Beautiful lake property

Our family had such a nice time at the lake house. The house layout was perfect for us, clean, spacious and well equipped. The host communicated well and in a timely manner with anything we needed. It was so nice to be able to rent the pontoon with the house as well. We would definitely come again!

Clemson Home Game Getaway

This property was just as described and more! We just hate we couldn't stay longer to enjoy all the amenities that come with the property. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Lake and views were beautiful! Would definitely rent this property again.

Great Long Weekend

What a wonderful week!

Wow - what a wonderful week we had at your home! We loved everything from having a fully equipped kitchen to the very short distance to the dock! We had plenty of room and I was so happy with all of the supplies that came with the house (which usually never happens). The owners were very responsive when contacted and were very accommodating. Loved everything about this property and am already looking at dates for our return next year! Thanks again for making our family vacation time so special!

Communication with the property owner was excellent. The house was the best stocked house for kitchen items that we have ever stayed at. The house was in great condition with all TVs working. The dock with the property was very well built and very functional. Everyone loved the place and had a great time.
