« Trash was everywhere trash can was full and stunk there was no easy access to the water the grill in the pictures was not there and the fire pit was full of trash and around it. The bathhouse lights did not work. »

« We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. « We enjoyed so much during our stay and my kids love the place every think this place is nice and clean only one think kitchen stove the stove too slow to heat to cook something and stove kind little dirty smell burn when we try to heat up the stove .but it only for some people that don’t went to go out eat to restaurant instead cook by themself during they stay »

« Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again »
