'This was clearly an older hotel that was poorly renovated. The hallways were not climate controlled very well! Once in the room u could crank up the ac unit and get your room comfortable. Room was clean, but lamp on my side of the bed didn’t work, no exhaust fan in bathroom, taking a shower water liked to get past the poorly designed shower curtain making floor wet. Thus was starting to ruin the flooring in bathroom. We slept in till 10 so missed the breakfast, but found a wonderful spot down...

'We stayed the night in a queen suite handicap accessible, the room was pleasant the staff is wonderful and the kitchen wasn't what I expected it was better than I expected, the motel could use an upgrade on carpets and exit doors. the area is not good but you are close to shopping and restaurants. And this motel could be the diamond in the rough.'

'Property was clean staff that welcome dress it check-in was very friendly and personal bowl. The hallway to our bedroom was a bit dingy and dated, but the bedroom itself was clean. There was a slight smell of food but not terrible. Complementary breakfast left a little to be desired. However, overall, it was good for one night stay and I’d recommend for a one night stay.'

'We got in late from airport and no one was there to check us in. Doors opened and we stood at desk rang bell and call the desk which rang but no one came. Called Expedia who resolved at least the get a refund and we moved on to another hotel. I know it was late like 2 am but still no one there….'

'It was dirty and nasty, our ac didn’t work and I called and they said they would send someone up and they never showed up and the next morning the manager asked us about it and I told her what they said and she said they don’t even have maintenance there they should’ve given me another room'

'No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of...

'Not senior friendly property. No elevators and no ground level rooms'

'The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-('

'It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.'
