Hôtel près de Tower Point (College Station)

« When we arrived, we noticed a sewage smell. We went to sleep and the next morning the smell was in our hallway. We were gone for the entire day as we were in town for a softball tournament, we got back to the hotel at 10PM to discover there was no hot water. I went down to the front desk to try to get a new room. They were totally booked and I was told they do not have maintenance at that time and they would leave a note regarding the issue. The next morning there was still no hot water, and...

« The room was damp and smelled dirty. The lamp shade was stained. The TV was mounted so tacky. The floor of the shower was stained (looked dirty). »

The handle in the shower did come off in my hand when I turned it on, went back on easily & we were just careful when handling the control…BUT FORGOT TO MENTION TO FRONT DESK PERSONNEL…😲😲😲 refrigerator is on the small, small size, not holding taller cups/containers. Limited options on streaming channels/apps of TV. Room was clean, looked nice, bed comfortable, shower nice power stream, ice machine on our floor worked - which is...
