  • Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful studio apartment in the heart of the prestigious Hôtel particulier de Bonnefoy, one of the most beautiful townhouses in Toulouse, dating from the XVIᵉ century and listed as a historic monument. Located on the 2ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 15 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it consists of a bright living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Sheets and towels included, we're just waiting for you.

    The studio comprises
    - A bright living room with double bed and television
    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
    - A bathroom with shower

    Right in the centre of Toulouse, in the popular Carmes and Saint-Etienne districts, you can take full advantage of the mix of architecture, history, gastronomy and art of living in this cosy atmosphere.

    Located just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole, it's in the city centre, close to transport links (metro, bus, bike station) and Toulouse's must-see places (Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, Place du Capitole, Quartier des Antiquaires, etc.) and in an exceptional location. This flat is perfect for a business trip or for exploring the Pink City from a very central location.

    The area :
    - Visits: in the heart of the historic district, you are a 10-minute walk from Place du Capitole, 7 minutes from Place Saint-Georges, 1 minute from Place Saint-Etienne, in the heart of the Croix-Baragnon district.
    - Going out: you can walk to the city's many restaurants, cafés and museums.
    - Food: A Monop in Esquirol, just a few minutes' walk away.

    Transport:
    If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay car park.

    For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
    - Nearest train station: Toulouse train station, about 15 minutes by car (5.4 km)
    - Nearest airport: Toulouse airport, about 17 minutes by car (10.1 km)

The hosts ere very welcoming and allowed me to check in early. They had a lot of information available in the studio apartment and offered other information that was very helpful. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, for its size. The location is excellent and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. 🙁 I cannot suggest any improvements - it was great!"
