The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and your own terrace with access to a garden area. Ideal for couples, small families or friends, it accommodates up to four guests. Enjoy convenient self check-in, fast Wi-Fi and free parking right outside.



The Space:

This 40 m² garden-level apartment is designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to four guests. Its location is one of its greatest advantages: close enough to explore Tórshavn on foot, yet tucked away from the noise and busy streets of the city centre.



Living area



Unwind in the cosy living area after a day of exploring the Faroe Islands. The TV comes with Chromecast and streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+, and board games are available for relaxed evenings at home.



Fully equipped kitchen



The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove with induction hobs, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and blender. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates and wine glasses are also provided. While there is no traditional coffee machine, a French press (cafetière) is available.



Two comfortable bedrooms



The apartment has two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests:



Bedroom 1: Two single beds (80 × 200 cm each), which can be joined to create a double bed (160 × 200 cm).



Bedroom 2: One double bed (140 × 200 cm).



Bathroom and laundry



The bathroom features a shower and hair dryer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Please note that there is no tumble dryer.



Outdoor space and amenities



Enjoy your own terrace and the garden area in front of the house. Fast Wi-Fi and heating are provided throughout the apartment, along with a smoke alarm for your peace of mind.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire garden-level apartment to yourself, including the terrace and garden area. The apartment is a separate basement unit within a townhouse.



Check-in is easy and convenient with a lockbox, and your access code will be provided before arrival.



Free parking is available directly in front of the house, with one designated space. Please be considerate of the neighbours and avoid using their parking spaces. Additional parking is available along the right-hand side of Hornagøta on a first-come, first-served basis.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on Hornagøta, in a peaceful residential part of Tórshavn. Its location offers the best of both worlds: a quiet place to relax away from busy streets, while keeping the city’s highlights within easy walking distance.



Take a short walk into the centre to discover local cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Continue towards the old harbour and the historic district of Tinganes, known for its charming streets and traditional Faroese houses.



Tórshavn is also an excellent base for exploring the rest of the Faroe Islands. Dramatic mountains, coastal walks, scenic viewpoints and picturesque villages are all within reach, making it easy to combine city life with unforgettable nature experiences.



Getting Around:

Many of Tórshavn’s main attractions, restaurants and shops can be reached on foot, so you can enjoy the convenience of staying centrally without needing to drive everywhere.



Free parking is available directly in front of the house, with one designated space. Additional parking can be found along the right-hand side of Hornagøta on a first-come, first-served basis.



A car is recommended if you plan to explore the wider Faroe Islands, although public buses connect Tórshavn with many other destinations. Vágar Airport, the main international airport, is accessible by road from the city.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please respect the house rules and take out trash before departure.

Would you like to arrive a bit earlier or leave a little later? We provide both early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability.

It is also possible to order a baby cot and a high chair for an additional fee.

Please note that a local tourism tax and administration fee apply to all stays. These are standard requirements in the Faroe Islands and will be arranged separately closer to arrival.
