We intended sharing our feedback to VRBO followed by the response we received from the Management Company to allow people to make their own assessment of the support received from the owners/Murcia Vacations.Unfortunately, VRBO only allow 1500 characters in feedback.Basically, they allowed a couple of ladies (sisters) to inhabit a property that was not fit for human use.A couple of days prior to the rental, very heavy rain affected the area.Murcia Vacations called this a ‘Natural Disaster’ - it was a period of very heavy rain.For 95% of the stay we had NO water supply.- toilets would not flush- we could not clean anything- we could not shower- towels could not be cleanedAlso:- the swimming pool was not accessible due to a broken pump (MV did not fix during our stay)- wifi initially did not work- UK TV did not work (as advertised)Disruptive visits to attempt a pool fix, wifi fix and 4 hours visit on the Monday to restore water heating when the limited water supply returned briefly.We communicated with MV throughout the week but they deflected us to our Travel Insurance which they claimed we did not have (we do).The local keyholders were lovely.MV should not have allowed us to occupy the uninhabitable property and should have been proactive in finding alternative accommodation.They were aware of the problem prior to arrival but did not take actionMV returned 100 for lack of a swimming pool.We are certain MV will respond as they did to us.
